 ● Features and Scope: 
 Hard aluminum rivets with alloy 2A04. High shear strength and heat resistance, pressure processing properties and cutting performance and corrosion resistance are the same 2A12, the formation of intergranular corrosion tendency compared with 2A12 150 ~ 250 ℃; heat strengthened, annealed and just quenched plastic still rivet riveting (2 6h just quenched state, the rivet diameter).

 ● Mechanical Properties:

 Note: wire solution heat treatment and natural aging to the basic steady-state shear resistance 
 Specimen Size: wire diameter ≤ 6.0 

 ● Heat treatment: 
 1) rapid thermal annealing: heating the 350 ~ 370 ℃; different with material thickness, holding time is 30 ~ 120min; air or water cooled. 2) quenching and aging: 500 ~ 510 ℃ quenching, air cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 120h. 
 Status: rivets, aluminum and aluminum alloy wire (≤ 6.0mm, T4 in state)
